Fatty Liver Alliance is a Canadian patient-led, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the identification, understanding and care of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and MASH. Through public education, healthcare professional engagement, community-based liver health assessments, the Liver Health Awareness Centre and the Your Liver, Your Health program, FLA helps people understand their risk and connect with appropriate care. FLA works collaboratively with patients, clinicians, researchers, community organizations and healthcare partners to promote earlier identification, reduce stigma and ensure that fewer people progress to advanced liver disease without knowing they are at risk.
