Alnoor Ramji and Hin Hin Ko Began practice in 2012, moved to Nanaimo in 2013 as hepatologist for central Vancouver Island High volume/expert practice in PBC (spoken at Toronto PBC Symposium in 2019 and 2025) and MASLD, but also plenty of other autoimmune liver and genetic disease patients (mostly hemochromatosis).
